Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your relationship with My Imperial Care (“we”, “our”, “us”) — a medical tourism facilitator operating from the Hague, Netherlands and Antalya, Türkiye. By using our website, communication platforms, or services, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

1. DEFINITIONS

  • Agreement – This contract.
  • Service Provider – The independent hospital, clinic, or licensed medical professional providing your consultation, examination, procedure, and aftercare.
  • Treatment Plan – A bundle of services, which may include coordination of surgery, accommodation, airport transfers, translation assistance, and support.
  • Procedure – The medical treatment you undergo, provided by your chosen Service Provider.
  • My Imperial Care – A medical tourism facilitator coordinating non-medical logistics and support, but not providing medical services directly.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Your use of our services confirms that you accept and are legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. You should read these terms carefully and retain a copy for future reference.

3. PAYMENT

3.1. Prices may include various services such as:

  • Medical procedure (performed by a third-party Service Provider)
  • Accommodation
  • Private airport transfers
  • Translation support and host coordination

3.2. Your deposit confirms acceptance of a proposed Treatment Plan and is non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3.3. All final balances must be paid before departure unless stated otherwise. Payment to My Imperial Care only secures your coordination services — we do not receive or control funds allocated to the doctors or clinics unless we act solely as a collector.

3.4. My Imperial Care is not responsible for refunds related to clinical services or provider-side cancellations. In such cases, refund responsibility lies with the medical Service Provider.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

4.1. My Imperial Care is not a medical institution.

We do not offer medical advice, diagnostics, surgery, or post-op care. We are not responsible for treatment decisions, outcomes, or complications related to procedures performed by third-party Service Providers.

4.2. Your medical contract is exclusively between you and the Service Provider. We facilitate communication and logistics but are not party to the medical agreement.

4.3. We disclaim liability for any dissatisfaction, complications, or negligence related to your medical treatment. You must read and accept your provider’s own consent forms, disclaimers, and policies.

4.4. If you experience dissatisfaction with your Procedure, My Imperial Care will, where possible, help communicate your concerns to the Service Provider but does not assume any legal or medical responsibility for resolution.

5. CHANGES TO TREATMENT

5.1. Any treatment proposal given before in-person examination is non-binding and based on the information you submit (photos, medical records, questionnaires, etc.). Your Treatment Plan may change after physical evaluation at the destination.

5.2. If you choose not to proceed after evaluation, refunds (if applicable) are subject to deductions for services already rendered (e.g., scans, blood tests, consultation, hotel accomodation, VIP transfers and more).

6. NON-DISPARAGEMENT

You agree not to publicly disparage or defame My Imperial Care, its staff, or services for clinical outcomes for which we are not responsible. If defamatory content is posted online and not removed upon written request, My Imperial Care reserves the right to pursue legal and/or financial remedies.

7. MEDICAL HISTORY

By agreeing to these Terms, you authorize My Imperial Care to share your relevant medical information with your selected Service Provider to assess your suitability for treatment.

We do not take responsibility if the information you provide is incomplete, misleading, or withheld.

8. DATA & PRIVACY

We store all personal information, including images and medical files, securely. We do not sell or transfer your data without your permission, except to fulfill services you have agreed to (i.e., booking, coordination, medical submission).

9. INSURANCE

You are strongly advised to obtain travel and medical complication insurance before your procedure. My Imperial Care is not liable for expenses, cancellations, or complications not covered by such insurance.

10. APPLICABLE LAW

This agreement is governed by the laws of both the Republic of Turkey and the Netherlands. In the event of a dispute, parties agree to seek resolution under Turkish jurisdiction.
